Order:
A completed purchase submitted through the Website and confirmed by email.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through Audrey & Alice Boutique.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of purchase applies.


Article 4 – Product Information & Visual Representation

We strive to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and editing.

  • Fabric texture, fit, or shade may appear slightly different in person.

  • Minor stitching, tone, or detailing variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

  • Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to manual measurement.

Product images are illustrative in nature. Actual products may differ slightly from photographs.

Color differences, minor visual variations, or slight design differences are not considered defects and do not qualify as “item not as described.”

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that minor aesthetic variations may occur.

Some products are manufactured and shipped from international suppliers, including Asia.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.


Article 5 – Pricing & Offers

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Offers and promotions are non-binding and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.


Article 6 – Order & Payment

A binding contract is formed once:

  1. Full payment has been successfully processed, and

  2. An order confirmation email has been sent.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.


Article 7 – Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Shipping Time (USA): 5–12 business days

Orders are shipped directly from international suppliers.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Maximum Delivery Period

The maximum official delivery period is 30 calendar days from shipment confirmation.

A full refund for non-delivery will only be considered if:

  • 30 days have passed since shipment confirmation, and

  • Tracking confirms non-delivery.

Delivery delays within the 30-day window do not qualify as non-delivery.

Delays caused by customs, peak seasons, weather, carrier disruptions, or force majeure do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund before the 30-day period has expired.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivered Packages

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Audrey & Alice Boutique is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases.


Article 8 – Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

  • Return tracking is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Hygiene-related products once opened

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without original packaging

Returned items may be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if items are returned in damaged or unsellable condition.


Article 9 – Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to offer partial refunds, replacements, or store credit at our discretion where appropriate.


Article 10 – International Shipping & Customs

Orders are shipped internationally to customers in the United States.

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

  • Customs clearance requirements

Audrey & Alice Boutique is not the importer of record.

We are not liable for customs seizures, rejections, delays, or regulatory holds by authorities.

Customs delays do not qualify as non-delivery within the 30-day period.


Article 11 – Warranty & Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Photo evidence must be provided.

The item must be unused for evaluation.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Minor aesthetic variations are not considered defects.


Article 12 – Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback after confirmed delivery or in violation of these Terms may be considered abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Tracking information

  • Checkout verification data

  • IP address records

  • These accepted Terms & Conditions

as evidence in dispute proceedings.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in refusal of future service.


Article 13 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audrey & Alice Boutique shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Emotional distress

  • Carrier-related delays

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Customs-related issues

  • Losses beyond our reasonable control

Maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the product.


Article 14 – Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Government actions

  • War

  • Pandemics

  • Supplier shortages


Article 15 – Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Policy abuse

  • Excessive refund behavior

  • Harassment or threats


Article 16 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be handled under Dutch jurisdiction unless mandatory U.S. consumer protection laws require otherwise.
