Return Policy

At Audrey & Alice Boutique, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to explain our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items may only be submitted for return after they have been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs or duties.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Trying items on for fit is permitted; wearing items beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed with the intentional purchase of multiple sizes or variations for the purpose of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  1. Please contact us at info@audreyalice.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. The item must be shipped back at your own expense, including any customs clearance or international shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Provide us with the tracking.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return location and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 14 days from approval of the return for the refund to be processed.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Responsibility & Liability

  • Audrey & Alice Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments, especially if tracking indicates the package was delivered to the return address provided.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order.
